It looks like a ref. number, and a very complictaed one for that, may indicate some office or ministry ( for example IRM could be Igazságügyi és Rendészeti Minisztérium / Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement - without more about the text it is hard to say where the document comes from....), but in all honesty, I would just leave it as it is.

Oh, sorry, did not pay enough attention, it is for patent/trademark...then it should just be some reference or registration number. Leave it as it is.

Egyébként nekem a fordítástanáraim,Várnai Judit Szilvia és Balogh Hajnalka annó azt tanították nem is olyan régen,hogy az ilyeneket jobb békén hagyni,mint lefordítani,mert komolyan fennáll annak az esélye,hogy a fordítás után elveszik a beazonosíthatóság esélye,ha pedig ez bekövetkezik,akkor abban a pillanatban megette a fene az egészet.
