Az Áfa-törvény X melléklete szerint ez a tárgyi adómentes tevékenységek közé tartozik, igy a számlakibocsátó nem számithatott volna fel x% adómértéket.

Bármiféle segitség jól jön! Azt tudom, hogy a tárgyi adómentesség azt jelenti, hogy a szolgáltatás végzője nem számit fel áfát, de ő maga sem számolja el a vásárolt áruk és szolgáltatásokban felrótt áfát. Lehet, hogy az APEH weboldalán megtalálhatom valahol ezt a kifejezést, de az anyag holnap reggelre kell, úgyhogy most nincs időm szörfölgetni.
