Dolgozik még valaki ilyenkor éjszaka, vagy csak én vagyok ilyen őrült?:)) Tudnátok segíteni, hogy hogy hívják a kibocsátási tájékoztatót értékpapír-kibocsátásoknál? Olyat találtam, hogy issue prospectus, de nem vagyok biztos benne. Persze ráér holnap is.:)

neutral  Katalin Horváth McClure: Az IPO csak az első kibocsátásra jó, vagyis amikor jegyzik a tőzsdén a céget. Későbbi kibocsátás, vagy kötvények esetén nem jó.
