Az Apeh négynyelvű szótára szerint "withholding tax", de ez szerintem a kifizetésnél (a forrásnál) levont adó, nem a forrás (pl. kamatjövedelem) után levont adó. Szóval hogyan lehetne mondani egy olyat, hogy "vállalati forrásadó"?!

Kontextust nem nagyon tudok mondani, mert ez most speciel nem az én munkám, hanem egy kolléga hívott fel és csak annyit tudok, hogy ezt a forrásadót nem kell befizetni, ha egy magyar cég külföldi leányvállalatának belföldről kamatjövedelme van. (Hmmm.)

"a jövedelemadó törvény által előírt visszatartása (megőrzése) és a kormánynak történő befizetése (a) egy munkáltató által (kül. USA), amikor levonja a jövedelemadót az alkalmazott fizetéséből; és (b) egy bank v. más pénzintézet által, amikor ált. egy külföldi befektetőnek kifizetett kamatból v. osztalékból visszatartják az adórészt."
