Hungarian term or phrase: kiskanállal kell valakit összeszedni
"Néhány nap velünk és kiskanállal kellene téged összeszedni, annyira túlzásba vittünk mindent. Egy buli után legalább egy hét kellett volna, hogy rendbe szedd magad."

English translation:we'll be picking you up off the floor -- in pieces
Explanation:
One way to do it.

"A week with us, and we'll be scraping you off the walls." (I rejected this as a tad macabre, but it's often said.)

agree  Katalin Horváth McClure: Scraping you off the walls - yes, macabre, but the Hungarian is macabre the same way. ;-)

sweep someone off the floor

Explanation:
Amerikai angolban a "SWEEP up/off" elterjedt kiszólás, ha valaki túlzásba viszi a bulizást, és úgy kell kiskanállal összeszedni a végén. Itt például megfelelhet a
"We'd have to sweep you off the floor (in pieces)"
fordítás. Vagy esetleg ahogy egy Elvis Costello dalszövegben hallhatjuk,
"we'd have to sweep you out the door". :)

"Oh, well, I feel so loose tonight I might fall to pieces
So be prepared to sweep me out the door
And I might be horizontal by the time the music ceases
So I think I'll get acquainted with the floor"
