Indonesian term or phrase: dapat dimaklumi
Sering muncul di kalimat terakhir surat, misalnya: Demikian Surat ABC ini dibuat untuk dapat dimaklumi.
The problem is that official letters in English seldom if ever end with a sentence like this. Hence it is very difficult to find a natural equivalent. I would like to find something that is fairly accurate and doesn't sound too strange.

for your perusal
Explanation:

dapat dimaklumi di sini adalah suruhan halus khas Indonesia agar yang menerima membaca surat dengan baik-baik dan memahami isinya.

Saya pikir, basa-basi yang serupa dalam bahasa Inggris adalah for your perusal. Sudah dari tadi 'kan kita membaca, kok masih disuruh perusal?!

Beda utama adalah for your perusal dapat ditempatkan di awal atau akhir surat, bahkan di post script sebagaimana contoh di bawah.

Oxford:
perusal: the action of reading or examining

At this time, my only interviews are still the exclusive domain of the Quibbler, since it is the only publication I trust to print what I actually say or do, their proclivity for other unorthodox articles not withstanding.

A Sincerely Upset Stockholder,

Harry James Potter.

P.S.
This letter is for your perusal and records, not for publication. This I so state.

for your cognizance

Explanation:
Indeed, formal letters in Indonesian have such closing sentences.
The sentence simply aims to obtain cognizance or understanding or awareness of the recipient; therefore, we need to insert "your" here to represent the recipient.
Sometimes, the closing can go like this: Surat ini dibuat untuk dapat dimaklumi dan diindahkan (... for your cognizance and attention).
