Kelihatannya, penulis menggunakan gaya bahasa ironi - makna yg dimaksud adalah kebalikan dari kata yg digunakan. Selanjutnya, dalam dunia ekonomi kapitalis, regulasi adalah penghambat. Pandangan ideal kapitalis mengharapkan adanya pasar bebas, tanpa regulasi.
