Mobile Military Court Explanation: The quote below is from a European Union website which details the judicial arrangements for trying military personnel in each European country. This is from the Netherlands, which may be what the Pengadilan Militer Pertempuran was based on. “In times of war, an additional mobile military court is available. A mobile court is composed of military reservists, who, in peacetime, work as judges or public prosecutors.
