This court is mobile, as you say, following the movements of troops in battle, and its jurisdiction is the area where the battle is being fought. I am calling it 'Military Court for Crimes Committed on the Field of Battle', based on googling for its functions. The definition in the law states that it is mobile, so you are 'spot on'.
