Doordat ik mijn RESIDENZA (DOMICILIE) in Belgie behield, behield ik bepaalde rechten en plichten die ik als EU-burger in Italie zou hebben gehad indien ik mijn DOMICILIO naar Italie zou overgebracht hebben. Uiteindelijk heb ik die stap dan ook gezet: CAMBIO DI RESIDENZA --) verandering van DOMICILIE ---) Ik liet mijn schrappen uit het bevolkingsregister (want domicilie heeft dààrmee te maken) in Belgie en schreef mij in in de gemeente waar ik echter al jaren VERBLEEF. Ik kreeg opeens een Italiaanse Identiteitskaart (met vermelding dat ik buitenlander was) en moest belastingen betalen in Italie! Dit is het verschil, volgens mij. |
