Intervento adesivo dipendente = voeging (zie art. 105, tweede alinea, cc), dus door een derde die vrijwillig aan het geding deelneemt om een van de partijen te steunen.
Intervento adesivo autonomo = tussenkomst, dus als de derde op eigen initiatief deelneemt om een zelfstandig recht tegenover allebei de partijen te handhaven.
Samen heten ze interventie. Zie art. 217-219 Bv.
In jouw zin zou ik met een werkwoordelijke constructie vertalen, bv. de enige partij die zich gevoegd heeft, nl. de Banca etc.

Explanation:
Intervento adesivo dipendente = voeging (zie art. 105, tweede alinea, cc), dus door een derde die vrijwillig aan het geding deelneemt om een van de partijen te steunen.
Intervento adesivo autonomo = tussenkomst, dus als de derde op eigen initiatief deelneemt om een zelfstandig recht tegenover allebei de partijen te handhaven.
Samen heten ze interventie. Zie art. 217-219 Bv.
In jouw zin zou ik met een werkwoordelijke constructie vertalen, bv. de enige partij die zich gevoegd heeft, nl. de Banca etc.
