The sentence here is: "I problemi sono riconducibili alla presenza di condotte troppo superficiali, tanto che nella nuova area investita a tappeto erboso sono addirittura visibili a zero del punto di campagna".
Ok.. every variation of this term is confusing me. The only definition of "piano di campagna" I found is
Il piano di campagna (o terreno) naturale è il piano la cui quota altimetrica (media) e quella del terreno rilevabile prima di effettuare l'intervento edilizio-urbanistico.
