nella domanda di prima, nel post che è poi stato cancellato, ti chiedevo perché avevo pensato a questo. essendo maiuscolo potrebbe appunto trattarsi della marca 'Rosso'. Il link che ti ho segnalato parla di "rosso di Rosso" e "bianco di Rosso", nonché di "Grappa di Rosso" e Olio di Rosso che hai nella lista, quindi potrebbe essere questo visto che sono tutti prodotti di questa marca.
Io lascerei Olio di Rosso in italiano con Rosso's oil tra parentesi, mentre per vino di Rosso, visto che non è il nome del prodotto come Rosso di ROsso, potresti forse anche solo mettere la traduzione Rosso's wine

Mara is on the right lines except that the producer is probably not just any old Sig. Rosso.

These sound like Renzo Rosso's products from Diesel Farm, which makes olive oil as well as wines and so on.

neutral  Mara Ballarini: Hi Giles. That's exactly what I meant - you can see my links too. I wouldn't specify which wine, though, as I was saying in my post, because Rosso produces different types, and the text here was a generic 'vino' probably to include them all :-)
