parcels Explanation: This seems pretty clear to me. These seem to be parcels of land to be worked that can be programmed into the system, so the next time the machine runs there, it has the data already and the driver can view progress and statistics while doing the work. Is this a harvester or a tiller? I could be wrong, of course. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 26 mins (2014-03-16 10:00:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- seeing your other question with "campi" mentioned, this seems to be a larger unit of measure for this equipment, since only 10 can be stored. The 'campi' probably 'fields' are probably smaller and more numerous. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 29 mins (2014-03-16 10:04:23 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Even more evidence that this is talking about parcels of land -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 33 mins (2014-03-16 10:08:22 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In english a parcel can be nearly any size of land that can be parcelled and bought or sold. It is a generic term. It seems to be so here as well. Ina, say 50 hectare (or acre) parcel, a farmer might have several fields, each with its own layout. |
