ho guardato il video della ditta e sinceramente anti-taccheggio ovvero antifurto (anti-theft) mi sembra eccessivo in questo caso, anche perché si tratta di un semplice flacone facilmente asportabile
chiederei lumi alla ditta, a mio avviso si tratta semplicemente dell'anellino che blocca o sblocca il getto

nel video della ditta "getto regolabile con ghiera di sicurezza" =
adjustable jet with safety lock (diverso da tasto di sicurezza = safety button, per impedire l'uso da parte di bambini ad es. )
