I understand that fusto should be shaft in architecture , coronamento is the crowning element, but what is "attacco a terra" when referred to a building?

disagree  philgoddard: Vitruvius was an ancient Roman architect. This is about electrcity. As I mentioned, the previous answer is wrong in my opinion.
