This comes from a "CONTRATTO DI TRASFORMAZIONE" (Conversion Contract) between an automaker and another company.

What the car manufacturer has decided to do is entrust the process of converting and equipping a specific model of their vehicles which were van-type vehicles, into miniature pickup trucks.

So that company that is being hired to do the "Conversion" process (Trasformazioni) basically needs to convert the vehicle to have a pickup bed in the back, lining, and all of the other equipment and accessories that the car manufacturer orders and wants them to put on those vehicles before returning them to the car manufacturer as a finished "Product".

To do so, they refer to the party (Party 2) to the contract that is doing this Conversion process as the "ALLESTITORE". I will provide various contexts below to give you an idea but I cannot come up with a term that sounds best for this and need a helping hand.

At one point they refer to the "Allestitore Qualificato [Car Manufacturer Name]" which is the Certified [Car Manufacturer Name] "Allestitore" (need help with this term)
