Italian term or phrase: Diritto di recesso
Normally I'd translate this as withdrawal, right to withdrawal however this is for an online sales contract ie for a company that sells clothes online so I'm not sure if this would be withdrawal, cancellation or something else. Many thanks

agree  Tony Keily: Agree with the choice and the reference. Originally this was called "right of renunciation" (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/ALL/?uri=CELEX:31... but withdrawal is now the standard

Cancellation right(s)

Explanation:
the legally precise terms, like right to withdraw, are clumsy. The plural, rights, is more idiomatic in English, I think.

cooling-off period

Explanation:
Not exactly a literal translation but that's what the 14-day period is called in the UK. For the bit that goes "Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente...", I'd put "The cooling-off period is not applicable..."

-> It is. The exact term would be 'right to cancel', which no one else has put so far, but I still think mine is a better option as it would be more easily understandable to English speakers who are used to less legal language.
