Italian term or phrase: Dati di anzianita
Hi, this heading appears in an 'Employment Status' Certificate - I am unsure of what it actually refers to - I don't think the literal translation of Age/Seniority Data is correct...

employment seniority status

Explanation:
As in how long a person has worked in a company. It is mostly used in HR lingo and also usually paired with certain perks and benefits.

In this case it could be followed by the actual employment start date?

neutral  philgoddard: Seniority doesn't mean how long you've worked for the company. You can be a cleaner for 25 years, but that doesn't make you senior.

-> Clearly being a senior and having seniority are two entirely different things. I can have seniority over someone else at my workplace, it is a term commonly used in the US.
