Italian term or phrase: visure
visure stato famiglia
riporto visure
visure camerali catastali
esame delle visure in fase di richiesta del mutuo

What exactly are these "visure" are they certifications, property records, assessments, verifications, official records nothing I found in proz or anywhere that satisfies me at all. I can understand property assessment records but it beats me how they would be applicable to somebody's "stato famiglia".
I thought about "verifications" or official records but they do not seem to be applicable in the different sentences.
Does anyone know of a "blanket" generic term I could use to get out of this ...mess?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

agree  gvag: From visus, p.p. videre, latin: to see. The register is looked up and the certificate is a summary of what it shows. DO NOT USE extract, because Italian also uses Estratto, esp. di atto di nascita (more of a duplicate act than a certificate).
