Italian to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Computers: Software / quality assurance manual for software product
Italian term or phrase: nucleo in sicurezza
This is the title of the document, preceded by the name of the block (a radio or music centre) and followed by "Piano dell'assicurazione della qualità del software".

There is another reference to sicurezza in the text:
"... fasi di accettazione e di manutenzione per il Software non in sicurezza (livello xxx), mentre viene applicata per tutte le altre fasi per il Software in sicurezza."

For the second, I used unsecured software and secured software but am not sure that this is the correct translation and am still left with "nucleo in sicurezza" - does this mean perhaps a core piece of the secured software within the radio block or whatever it is, or does it mean the team of people working on the secured software? Or other?? Any help very welcome. Thanks in advance

Thanks, Alex, I'm not sure that this is right in the context but it seems the most likely.

Safety Team

Explanation:
Title: Nucleo in Sicurezza
"Radio Block Center
"Piano dell'assicurazione della qualità del software"

Given the context, it looks like a user manual or similar publication directed to the team responsible for taking care of the software used in the Block Center and this software is related to the security of the trains so, I'd call this team "safety team". It means: this Software Quality Assurance book related to the RBS is intended to the maintenance Safety Team.
