Sorry for stating the obvious if you already knew that.

I can't believe "eseguire" means "to run" in this context, as no company in its right mind would have people fill in a change control form every time new production code was run..

Hm , this was supposed to be a discussion entry. If it is the first the codice is definitely code and probably source code. It is the second, changes to the actual service itself then, I feel they are inventing their own terminology, unless it is product codes or something like that.
