Not sure if this term here would be online support or telecare/which are the 2 options. I believe as it goes to explain later that its remote support given by IT people (where they take control of your computer remotely like a lot of helpdesks do to solve iT issues) but I'm not 100% sure, see extracts of text below thanks

VIDEOASSISTENZA / TELEASSISTENZA
Il servizio di Videoassistenza / Teleassistenza consente di effettuare interventi tecnici da parte del nostro personale direttamente sui sistemi del cliente che desiderano usufruire di questo importante servizio.
Il servizio consiste nel collegarsi da remoto tramite connessione Internet alla rete del cliente, sotto consenso del cliente (company name) si connetterà e interagirà come se fosse sul posto.
Con la Videoassistenza / Teleassistenza è possibile così risolvere a distanza numerosi eventuali problemi software (esclusi quindi problemi Hardware e/o di Sistema) consentendo dunque benefici che possono essere riassunti in due punti principali che sono: tempestività di intervento e risparmio.
Il servizio di fatto sostituisce gran parte degli interventi tecnici che normalmente vengono effettuati dal personale tecnico che necessariamente deve spostarsi presso la sede del cliente per realizzare l'intervento stesso e dunque gravando una operazione magari di 1/2 ora con spese importanti indotte dai costi di trasferimento (carburante, tempo trasferimento, autostrade, pasti, parcheggi, ecc.); inoltre programmare un intervento presso il cliente richiede una organizzazione logistica che non sempre può essere tempestiva.

Explanation:
Teleassistenza corrisponde certamente a remote support, quanto a videoassistenza, immagino che si tratti di un' assistenza data attraverso una specie di video chat (ma non sono affatto sicura).
