The recipe (warm dip) is also called bagna cauda in English. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bagna_càuda You wouldn't tanslate pizzeria and trattoria, would you? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 25 mins (2011-02-07 05:23:09 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- And an explanation of what bagnacauderia serves and what bagna cauderia is after the original term would suffice, IMO. |
