crunchy bacon bits Explanation: Well it would depend who I am translating for and whether they know what speck is (and whether they need to know or would even care). They could well eat it and think they were eating bacon anyway. Depends if you need to give all the details of speck. If it is a menu then it depends what type of place it is. |

bacon bits Explanation: I realise Speck is not strictly speaking bacon but these are very common on salads. HTH! Reference: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacon |

Crunchy speck (bits) Explanation: Hi, I think you don't need to translate the term "speck" not only because it refers to such a typical Italian food but also beacuse you can find it (not translated) in many recipes. So, I'd suggest this solution: Crunchy speck (bits) Reference: http://www.ferrarini.it/en/chef/whipped-risotto-asparagus-fl... crispy speck Explanation: I usually use "crispy" to describe bacon, speck, ham, etc. Here I would probably just put "crispy speck", but if you want to be really specific, how about "diced crispy speck" Recipe: Pork Fillet with Minced Pork and Crispy SpeckPork Fillet with Minced Pork and Crispy Speck ...
