Smoked fish trio // Trio of smoked fish

Explanation:
I would just use "trio". This is easily understandable, and is also used quite often in describing dishes. Word order is flexible here in my opinion (as per alternatives above).

Example sentence(s):
  • "Potato Crepes with a Trio of Smoked Fish"
  • "Smoked Fish Trio with Apple Chutney"
