Large mixed salad

Explanation:
There's is no alternative to this translation. Unless you move on to specific large salads - e.g. Ceasar salad, Hawian salad, Italian salad. It can go on for ever. If you do not have more to go on then it is just a Large Mixed Salad.

Even better, if its on the menu then the Insalatona has a name (maybe that of the chef or city or country). In this case you can add the name of the location or person to the Salad.... e.g. Joe's Mixed salad

Usually these salads include various ingredients including meat, fish etc. This is usually explained in the menu or the waiter will illustrate the contents. There is no way that the NAME itself of the Mixed Salad will include its ingredients. Try this link maybe it is clearer than I am: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_salads

Notes to answerer
Asker: How can people understand it is not only vegetables? That it is not a side dish but a main course? Is there anything I can add?

XX's super/special salad

Explanation:
If it is not the heading for a series of different 'insalatone', but just the one given the name of the restaurant, I would call it
Joe Bloggs' Super Salad (underneath it should have all the ingredients) or Special Salad if you are afraid "Super salad" may have the connotation of being made exclusively of 'superfoods' that are now so fashionable (wheatgrass, beetroot, certain algae etc)
