Italian term or phrase: vele di pane
I've got an idea of what they are by googling a few images, but I can't find an appropriate translation for "vele di pane" in the description of a dish in a menu: "Piatto di pesci affumicati con vele di pane". There are some finds for "bread sails", but they seem to refer to particular cases of dishes imitating boats or similar. Any idea gratefully accepted.
