Pan Brioche


Explanation:
In the English recipes I looked at with this item, the two words are separated. This is a detail, of course, but there seems to be a part of the preparation that differentiates pan brioche from brioche: the dough is cooked in a slightly shallower pan rather than a deeper brioche mold.

Not just a sweet bread for breakfast, but served along with paté, fois gras, cheeses etc.
