proof and bake dough


Explanation:
I think you need to get away from the Italian syntax, and simply put "proof and bake dough". Phrases like "product to be leavened" aren't widely used (if at all) in ready to bake products. If it's frozen, you'd need to add "Thaw" before "proof".
