Vedi sotto .......... Explanation: "scuola di diploma" = "Highschool" "scuola cantonale" means (Ticino) canton school. Switzerland is divided in "cantons". The Italian speaking canton is called Ticino. "propedeutica" = Propaedeutic So I guess we could call it: "Preparatory High School" Preparatory course. Preparatory for college. I hope this will help. Diploma School / Cantonal Preparatory School Explanation: They are types of "Scuole Superiori" (High Schools) peculiar to the Swiss school system (see ref.).
