Education / Pedagogy / working in an Italian university
Italian term or phrase: segreteria didattica
Hello all! This is taken from a CV (punctuation used sparingly)

Borsa di collaborazione per supporto **segreteria didattica** filiera educativo formativo informazioni e ricevimento; comunicazione utenza e tutor matricole; supporto piani di studio.

The candidate had a paid placement in an Italian university. When I was at uni in Italy segreteria didattica was sometimes confused with 'segreteria studenti', which may be what is intended here? If the candidate was supplying information and dealing with study curricula he/she must have been interacting with students?

Does 'student helpdesk' (education and training section) sound strange?
