Salve, mi servirebbe un aiuto per quanto riguarda la traduzione di "fase digito-digitale"

Io pensavo a "finger-finger phase", ma non ho trovato esempi su internet. Si parla delle abilità motorie dei bambini.

Ecco la frase:

Asker: I agree with you but, since there's a translation for "fase radio-digitale" (radial-digital phase), I was wondering if there was a translation for "fase digito-digitale" too (in fact, my translation for that sentence is: radial-digital phase (superior pincer grasp). Anyway, if there's no equivalent in English, I'll omit that "radial-digital phase" and simply write "superior pincer grasp". Thanks a lot :)
