Italian term or phrase: avverso
Hello,
I have a document that is mainly technical though has some legal lingo on the environmental rights that it grants to third parties.
I believe that the text below states the an appeal may be made against the current provision. However, is there a better (and correct) way of rendering this concept?
TIA !
