E’ importante poi evidenziare come l’adozione da parte degli investitori stranieri di questo strumento potrebbe generare una importante fonte di introito per lo Stato attraverso l’applicazione della cosiddetta “entry tax”, prevista anche nel caso delle stabili organizzazioni per l’adozione del regime SIIQ e calcolata sulla differenza tra il valore di mercato ed il valore fiscale degli investimenti immobiliari.
Tale imposta, infatti, matura al momento dell’ingresso nel regime e diversamente non sarebbe percepita dallo Stato.
