Can anyone help me out on the translation of "determinazione del dirigente" with reference to the "Soprintendenza per i beni culturali". The context is an article on urban planning and the term occurs in a simple reference to "prescrizioni dalla Soprintendenza con determinazione del dirigente n. 132", with no other context. Many thanks for any ideas and help.
