Reference: Drystone?

Reference information:
I did some research into this term because I was curious. Although the term "eulitico" comes from the Greek and means "bella pietra", the technique is actually quite rough, similar to drystone walling in the sense that the blocks were roughly cut using local stone and put in place with little mortar:

Another link actually shows doorways and window "frames" using wood as well as stone:

I might put "eulithic" in inverted commas, explaining it comes from the Greek for "good stone", but refer to it as a kind of drystone architectural style. I see also that there are examples of these doors all over Europe, so I'm sure there must be a specific term.
