Bus/Financial - Human Resources / restructuring plan
Italian term or phrase: a rotazione
This is a brochure explaining a company's restructuring plan. Here's the sentence:

What is a good way of expressing, "a rotazione"?

Thanks.

on a rotating basis

Explanation:
The CIGS is a government benefits scheme where workers are laid off for certain periods and receive government benefits. So you would lay-off some works one week and other workers the next week on a rotating basis.

payd by one ( on rotation)

Explanation:

For full-time contract workers who accept a permanent reduction of working with relative reduction in pay by December 31, 2011, is recognized as an incentive of € 8000 gross, excluding the CIGS payd by one/(on rotation).
