agree  luskie: sì, soddisfare/rispettare integralmente (= completamente) il diritto del richiedente, insomma dargli quello che è giusto. è la prima volta che vedo questo verbo usato così, ma anch'io lo interpreto così / ecco, sì, realizzare chiarisce ancora meglio

  -> Grazie. In effetti, la Costituzione (art. 36) prevede il diritto a una remunerazione equa per il lavoro prestato, ma è il datore di lavoro a dover realizzare ("fulfil") tale diritto in concreto... pagando un salario equo al lavoratore.
