Il contratto a tutele crescenti come forma di assunzione prioritaria. E' questo uno dei punti fondanti del Jobs Act, un punto che il governo tiene a sottolineare per dire che la riforma del lavoro darà tutele a chi fino ad oggi non ne ha avute. Ma quali e quante tutele? La risposta esatta si avrà solo con i decreti delegati che dovrebbero arrivare entro fine dicembre. Il contratto a tutele crescenti, in pratica, vorrebbe diventare nelle intenzioni dell'esecutivo la nuova forma di contratto a tempo indeterminato al posto della bolgia dei contratti a progetto, co.co.co, a chiamata, ad intermittenza ecc...Le imprese dovrebbero essere stimolate a sceglierlo grazie agli sgravi fiscali sul costo del lavoro previsti per i primi tre anni dall'assunzione.

neutral  James (Jim) Davis: Rosanna this is about "protection" against dismissal a concept alien to US labor law I believe.

  -> Entitlements are rights granted by law. It is not totally foreign to US law which states one cannot be fired pursuant to discriminatory causes, although it may not be as extensive as the latest Italian laws.
