I Responsabili sono chiamati a porre in atto ogni utile azione finalizzata ad assolvere, nei tempi previsti, l’obbligatorietà della fruizione dei moduli da parte di tutti i propri collaboratori, assicurando il monitoraggio costante delle ***attività formative della struttura di competenza*** e il completamento delle stesse entro le scadenze stabilite.

Managers are requested to put all necessary measures in place in order to ensure the mandatory undertaking of modules by each team member within the allocated time-frame, ensuring ongoing monitoring of the ***department’s training activities*** and their completion thereof within the agreed deadlines.

Any better ideas? I'm a bit stuck on that part.

However the "responsabili" (managers) will each be in charge of an organisational unit which could be a department, an office, a division or a function so they all have to do this for their own units in the plural.
What they have to do is to make this compulsory ("ensure the mandatory undertaking").
