Italian term or phrase: oggetto di aggiornamento del presente Ordine di Servizio.
This is a document outlining an updated training programme on anti-money laundering within a bank- how does Ordine di Servizio translate in this context? Is it something like procedure? I've seen a number of translations but am unsure what the best one is in this context.

Un modulo denominato xxx che fornisce una formazione sulle specificità della normativa italiana e interna della Banca, oggetto di aggiornamento del presente Ordine di Servizio.

Thanks.

The document seems to be about upskilling, to ensure that staff are conversant with the most recent legislation

If you don't like "Service Order" you could say "Process Order" or something else - but I still stand by my suggestion that you need to reorganise the whole sentence

neutral  James (Jim) Davis: A service order would be an order to purchase a service. // This is an order to personnel given by an internal company service e.g. "Servizio gestione rischi" "servizio affari legali". In English companies you don't call these units services.
