(liability) incurred (by the assured) Explanation: such as: "to indemnify the Assured against all sums which the Assured shall become legally liable to pay as damages (including claimants’ costs and expenses) as a result of any claim or claims first made against the Assured and notified to the Underwriters during the policy period by reason of any civil liability incurred by the Assured in the performance of the Business." https://www.biba.org.uk/publication/insuring-clauses/ |

the insured's liability Explanation: "Derivante" refers to "responsabilità". It's the insured"s liability to service providers and other third parties. In the previous question it was translated as "attributable to", which also works here, though it's a bit more longwinded. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2017-10-30 19:23:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The previous question says "a" because the context is different, but "derivante" is correctly translated as "attributable". You can't insure against other people's liability to you - it's obviously the insured's liability to third parties, "responsabilità derivante all'assicurato".
