re Kays question above,we don't know whic,.so version would apply to both.so as the exposition of the facts wasn't clear,I used word garbled.However I seem to have misunderstood meaning of fatti compiuti,seeing this as concocted/computed facts,and I may be wrong.

hindsight politics


Explanation:
"we all have great hindsight" is something often said here..that is, we all know what we should have done..after the fact which goes with critics as well. Everyone is a great critic after the fact.

In italiano..qui si dice spesso che ogniuno e' bravissimo a criticare dopo il fatto compiuto o a sapere quello che si avrebbe dovuto fare dopo il fatto compiuto..Hindsight (vedere guardando indietro)

Nota che se si tratta di fatti compiuti nel senso di fare qualcosa poi scusarsi dopo (o giustificarlo al pubblico) "fait accompli" sarebbe anche la mia scelta.
