Some adjusted to the situation, offering Explanation: "si è adeguata" is easier to understand than to translate well. however proponendo, just means to sell, put in their product range. |

Some adapted (to this change) introducing ... Explanation: "Adeguarsi" simply means to adjust or to adapt. The shops adjusted to the arrival of mass tourism by introducing commercial jewellery. |
