Again, depends if one debtor is being subsituted for another (novation) or it is an assignment of a claim or recievables.

In a novation (substitution of one debtor for another) cf. in FR délégant > the factor or post-novation creditor; délégataire > the new incoming debtor; délégué > the original outgoing debtor.
