[see below] Explanation: I think the two previous answers are on the right lines, but too literal. Yes, it does mean "in one of the cases provided by law", but it can be expressed much more concisely. I would translate Nel caso in cui ricorrendo una delle ipotesi di legge, il diritto di recesso non trovi applicazione as If there is no legal right of withdrawal. |
