I am translating a collective bargaining agreement from Swiss Italian to English. This particular section talks about young workers who are sort of eased into the workplace and guaranteed on-the-job training, and I was wondering what a good title would be for the heading including the following paragraphs:

Periodo di inserimento

I giovani senza nessuna esperienza che vengono inseriti in azienda nelle categorie Contributor e IT Support e IT Development & System, per un determinato periodo, non sottostanno allo stipendio minimo di riferimento.

In particolare i Contributor non sottostanno allo stipendio minimo di riferimento per i primi 8 mesi e gli altri per i primi 12 mesi.

Durante questo periodo il datore di lavoro si occuperà di garantire un percorso formativo di inserimento professionale, le cui modalità e retribuzioni saranno imperativamente concordate con il sindacato e la commissione del personale.

In caso contrario saranno nulle.

Questo percorso non riguarda il personale con mansioni di supporto.

Benone. Both 'onbording' and 'induction' are good solution "for assimilating and accelerating" new employees. I did not know about the 'onbording theory'..
