Italian term or phrase: dedotte in dispositivo
Si tratta di un atto transattivo. La frase è la seguente "Le premesse formano parte integrante e sostanziale del presente Atto e vengono *dedotte in dispositivo*". Si tratta di una formula standard, ma quello che mi mette in difficoltà è "dedotte in dispositivo". Significa semplicemente che le premesse sono indicate nella parte dispositiva dell'atto? E in tal caso "parte dispositiva" si potrebbe tradurre come "operative part"?
