Salve.. qualcuno mi puo aiutare a capire, anche solo concettualmente, di cosa stanno parlando in questa clausola di un contratto di compravendita di una societa?
"..il prezzo è determinato assumento un importo di cassa societaria pari a zero..qualora al Closing la Cassa sia un numero positivo, il prezzo d'acquisto dovra essere aumentato euro per euro di un importo PARI ALLA SUDDETTA CASSA".

Scusate l'ignoranza, ma in che senso comprano una societa con una cassa pari a zero?? e se appunto la cassa ha un numero positivo, in che senso aumentano il prezzo euro per euro di un importo pari alla suddetta cassa?
Se qualcuno mi fa la cortesia di spiegarmi questo concetto ne saro molto grata...
