rateable value; (UK) Council Tax Band Explanation: Better late than never. The pre-existing KudoZ translation don't tie up wit my Italian and Spanish conveyancing experience, namely the tax-assessable value of the land is measured by the *notional income including rent* that such property is likely to yield, as assessed by a tax valuer. Catastale may also be closer to an ordnance survey /UK Land Reg. = index map searchable/ 'cadaster' (as on the Channel Islands) than a Land Registry. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 6 days (2019-04-16 09:46:25 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Prego! Please 'forgive' me for the lateness of the post, but I've just recently come back into circulation after being called out of retirement after 3 years by concerned and anxious - professionally qualified - UK legal-cum-notarial colleagues into-English on ProZ. Otherwise, I would have left 'posterity to it'. Reference: http://forum.wordreference.com/threads/rendita-catastale.229... |
